Bare Hands NW Bitter          Vitals: OG 1.047      46 IBU         4.6% Alc

Best in Scorby Maibock     Vitals: OG 1.068      30 IBU           6.9% Alc

We brewed this batch with 2011 Homebrewer of year, Grand Master BJCP Judge, and the 2013 KLCC Homebrew Competition Best in Show winner Randy Scorby.  Lighter in color and hoppier than a Traditional Bock with a balanced aroma of toasted malt and herbal/minty Noble hops, it’s time to celebrate the warming weather of springtime, the month of May, and congratulate a great contributor to the homebrew community with his recipe for a strong Bavarian lager!

Hops: GR Hallertau Mittelfrüh

Bock Out Collaboration      Vitals: OG 1.073       21 IBU           7.4% Alc

(Insert hair-metal scream followed by shredding guitar solo here) Brewed with Jamie Floyd of Ninkasi, this beer is the realization of long standing joke during brew fests and while imbibing. Somewhere between a Traditional Bock and a Doppelbock, this Bock-and-a-half features over-the-top toasted malt, decadent melanoidins, and a smooth hint of sweetness in the finish. Raise the goat horns while raising a pint!
