We are makers.  We brew, bake, smoke, & cure everything in house. We all came together to LET IT POUR as Falling Sky Brewing in January 2012.  We opened the Pour House Delicatessen in July 2013. Then, tripled the capacity of our brewery and opened our Pizzeria & Public House in June 2016. We now sell beer all over Oregon. The outpouring has been amazing! On behalf of all of us LET IT POUR!

We have tried to consider every element of our spaces.  Our friends, Glenn Wilcox & Anca Trandafirescu, former U of O Architecture Profs, currently University of Michigan Profs, designed our tables and many of our light fixtures in all three restaurants.

The Delicatessen features tables that are made from one contiguous 110 ft cut down the middle of a local Doug Fir tree that we had cut and kiln fried for 3 months, see below.
